You don' need any rights to post pictures on the forum. I is very easy if you know a little bit of HTML.

First, You can' post attachments from your desktop. you need to upload the photo to some other website and provide the link here in HTML tags. Normally, I upload the photo to www.photobucket.com as it is free and allows you to upload photos.

Secondly, wrie the code in window like this
[img src = "http://www.cs.utk.edu/~maisnam/b/images/aish01.jpg"]

In above cose replace ] with > type of brackets.

For example:



Wow! She is wonderful.
